How it works
The Data Collector Agent software is installed on your server and will run as a Windows service in the background, allowing it to operate 24/7. It collects output and device data and transmits reports on a predetermined basis. All information is securely sent to the central database server and is easily accessible via your custom web portal. Access to the system is controlled via the permissionsbased user management, and data transmission is secured by state-of-the-art mechanisms (https). Access to the server will at the same time allow your service partner to monitor and manage your output environment remotely without intervention or distraction from your side. All device and maintenance alerts will automatically be sent to the designated e-mail address.
Automate meter readings
Taking meter readings manually and reporting them by phone or fax is no longer necessary, and wrong readings due to typing errors are now excluded. On predetermined basis, the software will report all meter readings of your devices. The reports can easily be exported into back-end billing systems, or used for further analysis.
